You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in uses magic links.
You own what you add to Tandem. By adding content to a shared trip you let the travelers on that trip view and, depending on their role, edit it. You grant Tandem a license to host and display your content so the service works.
Trip organizers control roles and membership. Removing a traveler removes their access, not the stops they added.
No unlawful content, scraping, or abuse of other travelers. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
Venue data, photos, and reviews come from partners such as Google. Their availability is not guaranteed, and bookings happen with the venue, not with Tandem.
Tandem provides recommendations, not guarantees. Check hours, tickets, and travel requirements before you go. The service is provided as is, and TONDO LLC's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
